Nefropatía full house no lúpica: reporte de un caso

We describe the case of a young patient, with no underlying pathological history, who was admitted with a nephrotic syndrome, arterial hypertension, and deterio- ration of renal function, with serologies for collagenopathies, ANCA P and C antibodies, viral serologies and anti-PLA2R negative, a renal biopsy was performed, which showed findings suggestive of class IV lupus nephritis and a full house pat- tern in immunofluorescence. Full-house nephropathy has histological characteristics like that of lupus nephritis, it is thought that it could have similar pathophy- siological bases, it is a little-known entity, for which there is no consensus for the follow-up of these patients.
